Namespace

A namespace is a container that holds a set of resources. Usually this will be the brand or an entity that owns the set of resources. Let us take an example and demonstrate how to choose an identifier for your namespace.

Consider you are owning a firm called Mykart, which is an online e-commerce website. Now you will be having multiple applications to run this business like

  • mykart.in
  • inventory.mykart.in
  • business.mykart.in
  • api.mykart.in

In this example, mykart will be your namespace, and inventory, business, and api will be your resource names.
